  • For Canadian shift work: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Dinner break timing fixed as required).
  • Monthly target: 26 working days for full salary. If Sundays are off, 26-day rule not applied. If Sundays are working, extra days counted accordingly.
  • Extra working days may be taken as leave within the year (subject to approval).

4. Leave Policy

  • All leave requests must be submitted via email and approved in advance.

7. Contract Term & Exit Policy

8. Termination by Company (Notice & Experience Letter)

  • Termination by Company:
If the company needs to terminate an employee for internal or personal reasons (such as lack of requirement, restructuring, or other internal circumstances), the company will provide the employee with a minimum of 3 months’ written notice. The purpose of this notice period is to allow the employee enough time to find new employment or arrange alternative work.
  • If the employee’s behaviour and performance are satisfactory, the company may, upon the employee’s request, issue an Experience Letter from the head office.

9. Performance & Misconduct
